After many requests, I´ve decided to publish a video I recently did for my company´s Annual Event talking about what I believe it takes to create a Breakthrough, using my own story.

As you set out to achieve a Big Dream, you must also be willing to go through some discomfort to achieve it. In this video, I touch on what it takes to go from an imagination to the actual birth of Your Dream.
